3D NRG, Inc. dba T & K Construction is a full-service general engineering contractor, founded by two (2) engineers, husband and wife, in January 2000.
Each of the principals has over 35 years of engineering and management experiences in both governmental and private sectors, handling various small and mid sizes of projects for design conceptual to actual construction.
With engineering expertise and multiple contractor licenses of B-General Building Contractor, C10 - Electrical, C15 - Flooring and Floor Covering, C39 - Roofing, and C46 - Solar, we are ready to serve our clients in any capacities. Because of these unique technical and practical experiences, the company was able to offer our clients a turnkey project that is more efficient and economical to meet their aggressive and complex schedules.

KHANH NGUYEN
FOUNDER - PRESIDENT
Khanh graduated with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1981 from University of Missouri - Columbia and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1993 from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She also completed Public Management Program from Indiana University in 1993.
As a founder and president of 3D NRG, Inc. dba T & K Construction since 2000, Khanh is responsible for providing company's long-term objectives and overseeing finance, human resources, and contract reviews. She directly involves with project funding, scheduling, and procurements to ensure projects are executed within schedule and budget.
Prior to her current position, Khanh has held several executive, high-level management and engineering positions such as President at Robinson Pharma, Inc., Department Manager of Engineering Design, Installation and Manufacturing departments at Naval Surface Warfare Center; Senior Electrical Plant Engineer at Aluminum Company of America. ALCOA. Khanh received several awards and recognitions for her technical and management leadership from these organizations.
TONG NGUYEN
FOUNDER - GENERAL MANAGER
Tong received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1983 from the University of Evansville and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1994 from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.
Tong is certified as a Professional Engineer since 1998. As a founder and General Manager, Tong is responsible for overseeing engineering and construction projects from start to finish. His duties include providing project estimates, generating procurement specifications and construction timetable, selecting workers and sub-contractors, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Prior to his current position, Tong has held several positions in engineering positions such as Engineering Project Manager at Robinson Pharma, Inc., Mechanical Engineer at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Mechanical Plant Engineer at Aluminum Company of America. He received several awards and recognitions for Engineering Excellence.
